 Inadequately trained and qualified Project Managers is part of the common causes of project failure.  The Office of Government Commerce (OGC) listed inadequately trained Project Managers as the 4th highest reason for project failure.  A number of people incorrectly opt to embark on methodology training without any comprehension of how they should scope a project, build a project plan, establish roles & responsibilities, undertake practical risk management, and so on.
Our Introduction to Project Management course is designed to address this imbalance in project management training.  This course is highly interactive and practical, giving you the essential skills you need to manage your project effectively and understand the terminologies used in project management.  The training course will also introduce delegates to project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and MSP, and stresses the differences between good and bad practices.  The total life cycle of a project and the required management products are reviewed from pre project phase to implementation phase and project closure.
