How We Work

We work both on-site and off-site depending on the type of project and the client’s preference.  We treat our first visit to prospective clients as an initial briefing meeting to explore issues and understand the underlying causes. 

 The initial meeting with prospective clients is without charge or obligation.  This gives us the opportunity to understand the needs of the client and it also gives the prospective clients the opportunity to meet us and form their first impression.

 The first meeting is followed up by a letter setting out our understanding of the objectives of the project, the steps we would take to carry it out, our estimate of the time to be spent, the cost and proposed starting and completion dates. We aim to break each assignment down into work packages that can be reviewed with client.  These work packages will enable the client to assess progress and feel in control of the assignment.

 We ensure that the recommendations we make are practical, suitable and will bring sustained improvement.  Our consultants will work with you to implement our recommendations therefore we do not make recommendations that we are not prepared to implement ourselves. 

We do not undertake projects unless we are confident of completing them successfully and we welcome the opportunity to work with companies of all sizes especially small and medium size businesses.
